We conduct research and use GIS, AI and data analytics to quantify the economic, environmental and social returns of sustainable farming systems. Our work produces evidence, and learning reports that de-risk investment and inform program and portfolio design and improvement for stakeholders.
Advisory & Strategy for Sustainable Food
Systems
We support governments, NGOs, development partners and agribusinesses to plan and implement sustainability-focused programmes. This includes national and regional strategies, project design, results frameworks and technical backstopping for sustainable agriculture, and food system transformation.
Value Chain & Enterprise Development for Sustainable Products
We help design and grow enterprises based on sustainable production systems—such as NTFPs, tree crops, organic inputs, bioenergy, and nature-based products. Our support covers value chain analysis, product and brand development, quality systems, aggregation models and market linkages.
Capacity Building, Knowledge & Policy Engagement
We equip farmers, youth, cooperatives and local institutions with practical skills in sustainable land management, enterprise development and data use. We also convert evidence into policy briefs, guidance notes and dialogues that support enabling policies and incentives for sustainability-oriented agriculture and food systems.
